Veneficium, the kingdom of magic is where Daisy Kelli and her family spend all of their summer vacations. To the north the kingdom is bordered by the ogre nation of Carnitha, to the west, the Albi River, to the east, the Bluewind Ocean. Before the first human settlers arrived beyond the Great Divide,  Veneficium was inhabited only by wild griffons. Christiana, the first sorceress queen, tamed the creatures with a gentle hand and the humans lived side by side with the majestic beasts for many years until the dark magic wars. Since the noble creatures sided with the light magic sorcerers, they were wiped out to near extinction by the dark magic sorcerers. But what the dark magic sorcerers did not know was that a single griffon egg was protected by the fey king of Fariana and Queen Eolande gave the egg as a gift to High Sorcerer Olorin when he finally pushed aside all his prejudice and admitted that the fey folk are just as strong as sorcerers and sorceress. Today there's a griffon sanctuary next to the town of Pons Point, along the Albi River in Veneficum where hundreds of Griffons are bred yearly and live free in a safe haven built just for them. Below are some pictures from Daisy's vacations to Veneficium, the elf nation of Eliana, the Ogre nation of Carnitha, the fey nation of Fariana, and the dwarf nation of Elbinum. Not all nations beyond the Great Divide will be represented right away, but Ms. Kelli will add more photographs as time allows. Interestingly enough, camera (plain old film cameas, not digital cameras) are the only gadget from our world that works beyond the Great Divide. The magic in the air wrecks havoc upon all the other electronic devices.
